DAILY STRUCTURE
Children will be served breakfast, lunch, and two snacks during an average eight hour day. Nutritious, well-balanced meals will be served, offering a healthy variety as well as individual request such as vegetarian. Extra attention will be given in respect to any food allergies.
All children will have access to water and infants/young toddlers will be able to eat when needed through out the day. Menus are planned ahead with ideas from the families enrolled, this is sure to offer a unique culture experience for us all.
Infants age 6 weeks - 12 months set their own nap and eating schedules and I will accommodate for each individual infant to have held feedings as well as provide them with a quiet place to rest as needed through out their day.
Individual diaper changing and potty learning time will be done as needed. Special time and positive incentive activities will be provided for toddlers who are becoming familiar with potty learning and I will work with parents when each individual child is showing ready signs for potty learning. The pride a child attains through successful "potty training" is worth all the hours of patience and positive guidance. It is one of my favorite "I did it myself" moments that I will share with you and your child and I will be supportive every step of the way.
